Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the shops we needed, and it even had parking. The rooms, however, were shabby, smelly, and unclean, needing urgent attention. The dining experience was not very nice, with limited food choices, but the pub atmosphere was relaxing. The friendly service made us feel welcome, and we would stay again in the future.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, though spacious like a small apartment, needed some renovation as it was not as clean as I expected. Despite that, the cool room temperature was a plus point. The service, led by an untrained staff member, was pleasant and attentive overall, although some aspects needed improvement. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the town center, and having a parking space was a stroke of luck. However, the remote setting made it a bit isolated, and a minor issue with the bathroom light was inconvenient. Dining was a bit slow due to understaffing, and the pre-ordered expensive meals were a letdown. However, the quality of the food was generally good.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were in urgent need of some care, with paint peeling off the walls and unkempt sheets, but they were adequately furnished with seating. The service was friendly, although the fittings showed signs of wear. The location was ideal for exploring the town, but the room smelled of smoke. Dining options were limited but satisfactory, and the hotel lacked cleanliness in housekeeping duties.
